Sanitary Tool-Less Assembly Sampling Valve

Type 125TC (2" size) and Type 130TC (1" size) are Famat's easy to clean sampling valves. They feature tool-less removal using a standard tri-clamp connection - a must for any application where cross contamination is important!

The valves are used for sampling applications of powders, granules, pastes and liquids under process conditions in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

The valve features Famat's ultra-sanitary, long lasting patented piston system without any additional seals. The design is without question the finest on the market.

Operating Pressure & Vacuum: full vacuum up to 10 bar (145 psi).

Operating Temperature:  from -20°C (-4°F) up to 180°C (360°F).

Piston Material: PTFE, PEEK, & VITON

Standard Finish: internal roughness is Ra ≤ 0.8 µm and the external is Ra ≤ 3.2 µm.
