Cantilevered V Blender

Servolift produces the highest quality Pilot and Research Size V-Blenders in both Mobile and Stationary Desktop designs with full customization.

To insure compatibility with your existing process we produce our V-Shells in all configurations to match your current process - from slant cone style to symmetric, with or without intensifier bars.

Cantilevered Design: Unlike typical V-Blenders seen on the market that have supports on both sides of the shell, Servolift blenders employ our unique cantilevered system, thus allowing for the shells to be removed. We can offer both powered and manual fixing (clamping) of the shells. We also can mount the shell on our lifter blender system for a truly useful design! Simplify both loading and unloading.

Traditional Design: We also offer traditional double supported Designs (Pillow Block supports on either side of the blending shaft).

The Servolift blender line covers all capacities and needs for your company, from table top sized units for research and development to pilot size batch manufacturing to full scale large volume production.

For applications requiring dispersion of minor ingredients, and/or breaking up materials, which tend to form agglomerates, the blender can be equipped with a solids intensifier bar(beater or pin type), which is designed for ease of removal.
