      STVAL-FAM135A

    • The 135A sampling valve is equipped with a metallic piston (Stainless Steel or Hastelloy) for sampling process up to 330°C (572° F). FDA certified up to 260°C.

      Unlike the PTFE or PEEK piston, the metal piston has a high temperature gasket around it.

      To avoid any damage when closing the piston, the gasket is recessed into the piston and seals against the valve cylinder
wall making contact only after the final sealing turn of the handwheel.

      Tightness from full vacuum up to 10 bar (145 psi).

      Standard Finish: internal roughness is Ra ≤ 0.8 µm and the external is Ra ≤ 3.2 µm.

      Connection to your process equipment: ANSI Flange, DIN Flange, Custom Flange, Tri-Clamp or any other you require

    Andocksysteme offers a complete range of split butterfly valves and related systems for safe handling of potent compounds. The valves are offered in two seal type versions, depending on the containment level (or if solvents are used): White EPDM or white PTFE (teflon), both are FDA quality materials.

    Andocksysteme valves have been tested in three separate private studies in accordance with ISPE SMEPAC protocols (Abbott Labs, Hoffmann-La Roche, and Novartis) and have achieved the following results

    Valve with PTFE seal NOT using vacuum extraction: ~500 nanogram level of containment (ETWA 8 hours).

    Valve with EPDM seal using vacuum extraction: ~0.4 nanogram level of containment (ETWA 8 hours).

    Andocksysteme offers some key advantages:

    • +/- 14mm docking tolerances on the X/Y axis, 
    • Planar (Y axis) offset >30mm (with cylinder system), 
    • Product contacting parts remove from active station in 1 minute - no air or electrical connections to remove.
